Description: Río Cuarto is a maar lake located at 360 m a.s.l. on the Caribbean side of the Central The main dissolved gas compound at depth >10 m is CH4, but significant concentrations of CO2 are also present.Volcanic Chain in Costa Rica, 7 km N of the Laguna Hule. It lies in correspondence to a fracture zone stretching from the active Poás volcano.
